Installation costs
Vetaphone equipment is shipped pre-assembled for fast and easy turn-key installation. All parts are completely pre-assembled and pre-wired for direct installation at your premises. You only need to mechanically install an air/ozone outlet and electrical connection.

Our high quality equipment is built for high production security. The equipment is module built and designed in an open and highly accessible way so down time related to maintenance, repair or upgrades is kept to a minimum.
The entire encapsulated generator module is easily accessed and quickly exchanged from our world wide support centres if necessary.
The corona treater station is built with an electrode system in a removable pull-out/push-in Quick Change cartridge for easy maintenance and cleaning; this ensures minimum downtime and increased productivity. Our larger corona stations electrode assemblies are pneumatically activated and pivot away for easy access.

Production loss
Production loss due to line speed changes giving non-uniform corona treatment is prevented by the Automatic Power Density. The generator automatically raises and lowers corona power according to line speed so it provides the same corona power per sq/m on material at all speeds. The generator will automatically start and stop together with the production line and inform in case of a need outside its capacity.
Vetaphone also provide an interface between the Corona system and your equipment, which will give you the possibility to adjust, read data and will give an alarm if there are any problems with the Corona. Our line of iCorona generators create a production log which documents the Corona treatment data in your production.
Spare parts costs
The spare parts department quickly provide you with original spare parts for longer life time at a fair price. Our equipment is well documented which makes wearing parts and spares parts easy to locate and easy to order. Vetaphone typically provide spare parts 20 years after the equipment is sold.
