EASI-Plasma Open House
Vetaphone invented Corona treatment 60 years ago, and now we are introducing EASI-Plasma which we are certain will be the next big thing in surface modification. EASI-Plasma has been developed in co-operation with the French company Coating Plasma Industrie and is an evolution of the Corona treatment. By replacing the oxygen with gases or monomers in the EASI-Plasma equipment it can create new and innovative abilities on the film surface achieving benefits such as:
• Higher and longer lasting dyne values
• Replacement of primer or coating unit
• Nano-coating thickness only 5-50 nm
• Anti-fog surface
• Hydrophilic or hydrophobic surface
The cooperation between Vetaphone and Coating Plasma Industrie was introduced on this year’s ICE Europe exhibition and we have since experienced an overwhelming interest as companies all over the world are realizing the benefits and potential cost-reductions provided by the EASI-Plasma.
To give our customers and business partners an introduction to this new technology we have arranged an open house on 10th September at Coating Plasma Industrie’s facilities in Peynier, France. The day will include a seminar on EASI-Plasma by representatives from both Vetaphone and Coating Plasma Industrie and a live demonstration of the customer Test-Lab System.
